Shawn C.
Master Scuba Diver Trainer
30+ Years Experience
Shawn Clarke did not set out to become a diver. At 16, he took a summer job at a dive shop, hauling gear and helping instructors. When asked if he wanted to learn to dive, his answer was simple: no.
That changed in an instant.
One day, he was sent to the beach to deliver a replacement mask. Standing at the shoreline, he was handed a regulator and encouraged to try. Two breaths later, everything clicked. Hesitation turned into certainty.
From there, the progression was rapid. Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, and Divemaster were completed in just six weeks. Diving felt natural, like something he had always been meant to do.
More than three decades later, Shawn has logged over 10,000 dives and teaches hundreds of students each year. For him, it has never been about numbers. Diving is his life and he continues to pass that passion on to others.

Dive Master
30+ Years Experience
Neville’s love for diving began in 1992, and it has never faded.
For him, being underwater is not just something he enjoys. It is something he needs. “If I do not go under, I feel sick. Every dive energizes me.”
Decades later, Neville still calls diving the best thing that has ever happened to him, and he knows one thing for certain, he will always dive.

Vasheika shows up every day ready to work, learn, and take in something new.
She is grateful for the opportunity and the knowledge that comes with it, always growing through each experience.
And in between it all, it is the laughter that makes it special. You never quite know what joke is coming next from the crew, but she is always part of it.

Dr. Nicole R.
Dive Safety and Medical Support Officer
Dr. Nicole Rakowski brings precision, discipline, and purpose to everything she does, whether underwater or in the operating room.
A Rescue Diver with a PhD in Health Management and currently training in medical school to become a surgeon, she thrives in high-pressure environments where focus and control matter most.
For her, diving and medicine are closely connected. Both require awareness, calm decision-making, and the ability to act when it counts.

Dive Master Trainee
For Brandon, diving is about moments you cannot replicate. It is an experience that never feels exactly the same twice.
Three years in, he is already hooked, with the wreck standing out as one of the coolest things he has ever seen.
Now training as a Divemaster, he is turning that passion into the next step of his journey beneath the surface.
